Launch Protection
$300/month — 3-month minimum, then month-to-month
- Bug fixes within scope + platform updates

Custom systems — from $8,000
For phone-system work outside the three fixed offers. At most one custom build per quarter, only work that could become a future template, and always beginning with paid discovery. Contact us with a description of what you need.

Working session
The $350 AI Opportunity Audit is refundable if you cancel 2 or more business days ahead. It's credited toward your build when scope is signed off.
Build fees
Build fees are quoted fixed-price in a written proposal and are non-refundable once configuration begins. If we can't deliver agreed scope, the undelivered portion is refunded.
Retainer
Launch Protection requires a 3-month minimum, then continues month-to-month. It auto-pauses if a payment is late.
