Services
RingReplies builds fixed-scope AI phone systems for local service businesses: Missed-Call Rescue ($3,000), Quote Chaser ($4,000), and AI Receptionist ($5,500), plus custom systems (from $8,000) and an optional Launch Protection retainer ($300/month). Every engagement begins with a paid AI Opportunity Audit ($350), which is credited toward the build when scope is signed off. All build fees are quoted fixed-price in a written proposal before any configuration begins.

This website provides information about our services. It collects no personal data, runs no analytics, and sets no cookies. Contacting us is by email only, at hello@ringreplies.com.
Payments and refund policy
AI Opportunity Audit ($350): refundable in full if you cancel 2 or more business days before the scheduled session. The $350 is credited toward your build fee when scope is signed off. The credit applies to the build scoped in that audit and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
Build fees: quoted fixed-price in a written proposal. Build fees are non-refundable once configuration begins. If we cannot deliver agreed scope, we refund the undelivered portion.
14-day fix window: for 14 days after launch, anything in scope that doesn't work as specified is fixed free. Out-of-scope changes are quoted separately.
Launch Protection ($300/month): requires a 3-month minimum commitment, then continues month-to-month until cancelled. It auto-pauses if a payment is late. It covers bug fixes within the original scope, template and platform updates, and async support with a 2-business-day response. It does not cover new features, scope changes, or emergency/on-call support.
Timelines and capacity
Earliest kickoff is 10 business days after booking. From kickoff, once your intake materials are complete: Missed-Call Rescue is delivered within 10 business days, Quote Chaser within 15, and AI Receptionist within 20. We accept a maximum of two builds per month and offer no rush or same-week delivery.
Zero-touch delivery
We never ask for your passwords and never log into your accounts. You connect your own phone numbers and accounts by following the guided client runbook. You are responsible for maintaining your own accounts with third-party providers (phone, messaging, AI platforms) and for any usage fees those providers charge.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate intake information, review and approve scripts and message wording, and complete the runbook connection steps. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws governing your use of the system, including telemarketing and text-messaging regulations and call-recording consent laws in your jurisdiction.
Ownership
Systems are provisioned in your name. Call recordings, transcripts, lead data, and the client runbook are yours. We retain no ownership interest in your system or its data.
Confidentiality
Business information you share during the audit and build is treated as confidential and used only to deliver your engagement. We do not disclose it to third parties except as required to deliver the work or as required by law.
Warranties and liability
Services are provided as described in the written proposal. We do not promise specific business outcomes, revenue, or call volumes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you book an engagement governs that engagement. Continued use of this website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
